At UYN, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the high-performance items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and technical documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
